1. How do I book online?

​

Booking online is quick and easy! Follow these steps:

 

1. Visit our Online Booking Page and enter your group size.

2. All available options for your group size will now be displayed, choose which package you would like to book.

3. Select the date and time you would like to book, and complete the booking process to reserve your spot.  

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.  

 

Booking online ensures your spot, and private groups must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

 

2. What are the age requirements for playing at NR Adventure Park?

​

- Traditional Paintball & Airsoft: Minimum age 10 years old.  

- Low-Impact Paintball: Minimum age 8 years old.  

- A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for anyone under 18.  

- Complete the waiver in advance on our Online Waiver page.  

 

3. What days and times are your paintball field open?

​

We’re open Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM.  

Private groups can be booked 7 days a week.  

 

4. Do I need to make a reservation, or can I just walk in?

​

- Public Play games: No reservation needed—just show up and play during regular hours. 

- Private groups: Reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.

 

5. What should I wear when playing paintball or airsoft?

​

- Comfortable, long-sleeve shirts and pants.  

- Closed-toe shoes or boots with non-slip soles.  

- Extra layers if you're concerned about the sting from paintballs.  

- Jumpsuits are available for purchase at our Pro Shop.

6. What is included in a rental package?

 

Each rental package varies, but generally includes:  

- Paintball or airsoft marker.

- Full-face safety mask. 

- Compressed air tank (paintball only).  

- Ammo (varies by package).

7. Will paintballs stain my clothes?

​

No, our paintballs are water-soluble, non-toxic, and biodegradable. They wash out with soap and water.

 

8. Can I bring my own paintballs?

​

No, all paintballs must be purchased at our facility. We sell high-quality, environmentally friendly paintballs to ensure safety and fair play.  

 

9. How does low-impact paintball differ from regular paintball?

​

- Uses smaller (.50 caliber) paintballs instead of standard .68 caliber.  

- Lighter equipment for easier handling.  

- Less sting on impact, making it great for beginners, kids, and families.

10. Do you offer memberships or season passes?

​

11. What happens if it rains?

​

- We play rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather (lightning, heavy storms, etc.).  

- If we need to close for safety reasons, we will reschedule or offer rain checks.  

 

12. Do you have parking on-site?

​

Yes! We offer free on-site parking for all guests.  

 

13. Can I bring my own airsoft gun or paintball marker?

​

Yes! Players can bring their own gear, but it must:  

- Meet field safety requirements (velocity limits, FPS checks).  

- Pass inspection by our staff before use.

 

14. Are there any group discounts?

​

Yes! We offer special pricing for large groups of 25 or more (birthday parties, youth groups, corporate events). Visit our Private Groups page to review our packages and email us with your total player count for a custom price.

 

15. How early should I arrive before my session?

​

- Public Play: Arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and get geared up. Last Public Play check in time is 2 pm. 

- Private Groups: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure enough time for setup. 

 

16. Are we allowed to bring outside food and drinks?

​

Yes! You can bring your own food and drinks. We also have snacks and drinks for sale in the Pro Shop. If you need delivery options, we can provide recommendations.  

 

17. Do you offer gift cards?

​

Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-person and can be used for:  

- Entry & Rental Packages  

- Private Group Reservations 

- Merchandise in our Pro Shop

 

18. Do I need a waiver if I'm bringing someone else's child?

​

Yes, any minor under 18 needs a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, even if you're bringing them. Complete it in advance at our Online Waiver page.
